Catherine Marie Thomas (a.k.a. Cat Thomas) is the costume designer for the new movie "The Proposal" , in the movie Sandra Bullock plays a bride who borrows a dress from her future grandmother in-law. I think the dress is a prize for a new Stardoll competition.
